If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1.Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

9. REFUND POLICY

ALL DIGITAL SALES OF OUR COURSES, BOOKS, PDF's ETC. ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY OF OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

10. Subscriptions

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONSUMER: You are enrolling in a month-to-month or YEARLY, cancel-at-any-time, membership. After the initial purchase, you will be charged every month on the anniversary date of the initial purchase date, in the amount of your chosen membership monthly or yearly plan. Your Membership is billed month-to-month or annually and may be cancelled at any time by unenrolling in your student backoffice calling 214.412.3092 or by written request to [email protected]. All cancellation requests must be received three (3) days prior to your monthly account renewal. If you cancel, you will have to renew at rate current at time of renewal.

Students that do not attempt or complete the program also have a 100% fail rate, so your results vary drastically on the work and effort you put in.
